The Navy Specialty Training Center held a Promotion and Rank Pinning Ceremony of February on January 27th 2026 in the center's VIP room. The ceremony was presided over by Commander Captain Lee, attended by the Deputy Commander and Master Chief Petty Officer.
In his address, the Commander not only congratulated LTJD Lin and other promoted personnel, but also expressed his hope that those promoted would diligently fulfill their responsibilities in handling various activities and teaching tasks, approach their duties with sincerity, take pride in the team, prioritize missions, contribute continuously to the cultivation of specialty through education and training, and ensure the center's future tasks can be carried out smoothly and successfully.
As the Lunar New Year approaches, the Commander also blessed all personnel safe and sound in the future, everything goes well at work, and a Happy New Year. The entire promotion ceremony concluded successfully amidst the joy of everyone congratulating to each other.
