Vice Admiral Hsu, Commander of the Naval Education, Training and Doctrine Development Command, recently visited the Marine Corps Special Training Center to inspect the "Xingxia Barracks Construction Project." The visit demonstrated his keen interest in the living facilities of grassroots personnel, the planning of new education and training grounds, and the progress of the barracks renovation project.
Commander Hsu first listened to a project briefing from the construction management office. He then proceeded to the new construction sites and instructional venues to gain a first-hand understanding of the construction progress, facility planning, and future operational requirements. Furthermore, he provided guidance regarding spatial utilization, safety management, and subsequent renovation directions, aiming to effectively enhance the quality of education and training through comprehensive training facilities and a high-quality learning environment.
