The Republic of China Naval Academy recently held its Color Guard Handover and Change of Command Ceremony, presided over by Major General Liu, the Superintendent of the Academy. During the ceremony, Major General Liu commended the Class of 115 for their outstanding performance over the past year in leadership, teamwork, and participation in various academy activities. He also encouraged the Class of 116 to embrace their new responsibilities with initiative, dedication, and a strong sense of accountability. By carrying forward the spirit of the Anchor Chain, they are expected to work together to achieve new milestones and further enhance the proud traditions of the Republic of China Naval Academy.
