The Marine Corps Special Training Center recently held the graduation and commissioning ceremony for the 115-1 Marine Corps Reserve Non-commissioned Officer Class. The ceremony was presided over by Master Sergeant Huang, the Command Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps Command. Master Sergeant Huang presented graduation certificates to the newly minted non-commissioned officers (NCOs) and pinned on their rank insignia, extending his congratulations and expressing his expectations for all NCOs to continuously refine their professional capabilities, embrace the military as a lifelong career, diligently fulfill their duties, and serve the nation with loyalty.
Command Sergeant Major Huang emphasized that promotion to the rank of NCO marks a new milestone in one's military career. He urged every member to maintain rigorous training and strengthen their core competencies, thereby becoming professional NCOs capable of assisting officers and guiding enlisted personnel, bringing new vitality to the units.
