ROCS Hai-Shih recently celebrated its 53rd commissioning anniversary with a meaningful tree-planting activity. Presided over by the Commanding Officer, Captain Ku, the ceremony embodied a guiding spirit as he led personnel from various departments to plant their own dedicated commemorative saplings.
By planting these trees with their own hands, the officers and sailors not only contributed to environmental greening but also planted seeds of shared history. The event successfully fostered a stronger sense of unity, reinforced department-level bonds, and deeply enhanced the crew's mutual trust and pride in the unit's enduring legacy.
