The Navy Zuoying Logistics Support Command recently held a May promotion and rank insignia presentation ceremony, presided over by Major General Chen Chun-Chung. Commander Major General Chen stated that promotion is not only an honor and a form of recognition, but also a commitment to greater responsibility and mission. He encouraged service members to continue refining their professional competence, strengthening leadership and command capabilities, and proactively facing various challenges and tasks.
