The Naval Combat Systems Facility recently held a Commander 's Symposium for the Supply Department session. The symposium was chaired by Rear Admiral Chen, Director of the Naval Combat Systems Facility, with Captain Chang, Director of political Warfare, and Command Master Chief Tang, the sergeant supervisor of the Combat Systems Facility, attended the symposium. Heads of business departments were also invited to attend and give explanations.
The Supply Department raised questions regarding recent work execution, duty rosters, staffing, material management and storage, with department heads providing explanations and answers regarding their respective areas of responsibility.
Rear Admiral Chen, Director of the Facility, stated, "A craftsman who wishes to do his work well must first sharpen his tools." With the current shortage of personnel in the military, advance planning allows for the concentrated use of resources, ensuring sufficient internal equipment and external energy support. By combining military supplies with the defense industry, tasks can be completed efficiently, achieving a strong and powerful national defense capability.
