The Naval Maintenance and Repair Command recently held its promotion and awards ceremony for April, presided over by Commander rear admiral Yeh. During the ceremony, the Commander personally pinned new rank insignia on the promoted personnel, commending their professional contributions and dedication to their military duties.
In addition, a special commendation was given to personnel who successfully obtained the Basic Procurement Certification on their first attempt. The Commander specifically lauded those from non-procurement branches for their self-discipline and initiative in achieving this qualification, holding them up as role models for the entire unit and praising their proactive spirit in cross-disciplinaty learning.
In his closing remarks, Commander Yeh encouraged all personnel to continue honing their professional skills and strictly adhere to the principle of “administration according to law” on their existing solid foundation, working together to uphold the honor of the unit.
