The Navy Specialty Training Center held its Promotion and Rank Pinning Ceremony of March on February 25th in the center's VIP room. The ceremony was presided over by Commander Captain Lee, attended by the family members of the promoted personnel.
During his address, the commander not only congratulated to Petty Officer Second Class Lu Hui-ping and the other promoted personnel but also emphasized that the promotion in rank symbolizes an increase in responsibility. He encouraged the promotees to dedicate themselves fully to official duties,undertake responsibilities, and keep proactive and dedicated service spirit in education and training, so that all future tasks of the Center may be carried out smoothly and successfully.
As the Lunar New Year approaches, the Commander also wished all personnel peace,saftey and happiness,and hope everything goes well at work. The entire promotion ceremony was successfully completed amid joyful blessings of all personnel.
