The Navy Zuoying Logistics Support Command recently held a February promotion and rank insignia presentation ceremony, presided over by Major General Wu. During the ceremony, the commander pinned on the new rank insignia － symbols of responsibility and honor － for the promoted personnel, commended their outstanding dedication to duty, and encouraged all members to continually strengthen their professional knowledge and skills, remain vigilant at all times, and strive for further achievements.
Commander Wu stated that promotion is not only an honor and a form of recognition, but also a commitment to greater responsibility and mission. He encouraged service members to continue refining their professional competence, strengthening leadership and command capabilities and tasks. In closing, he urged all personnel to uphold the steadfast spirit of the military, strive for continuous self-improvement, remain steadfast at their posts, safeguard the homeland, and collectively contribute to national security.
