The Navy Recruit Training Center recently conducted the November counseling session for personnel leaving their posts.The session was personally presided over by Captain CHEN CHIEN-MING, the Commanding Officer, who expressed his hope that after leaving the center, all personnel will continue to make the best use of their abilities and contribute to the Navy.
Captain Chen, the Commanding Officer, first commended the transferred personnol for faithfully fulfilling their duties during their tenure, assisting their units in advancing various tasks, and effectively implementing the care and welfare of officers and enlisted personnel, with outstanding results.
He also shared his personal work experience, encouraging them to devote themselves fully in their new assignments.
Commander Chen stated that every assignment is an important stage of one’s military career, and regardless of the tasks and challenges encountered, personnel should conscientiously fulfill their duties and remain steadfast at their posts.
