The Marine Corps Specialty Training Center recently held the graduation and rank conferral ceremony for The 114-3 Marine Corps Reserve Non-commissioned Officer Class. The event was presided over by Major General Tai, Deputy Commander of the Naval Education, Training and Doctrine Development Command. Senior NCO advisors from various units were invited to attend the ceremony and pin the new ranks on their respective trainees, symbolizing both the beginning of responsibility and the transformation of identity.
In his remarks, Major General Tai commended the trainees for their outstanding performance and strong will throughout the nine weeks of intensive training. He encouraged them to continue refining their professional skills after returning to their units, to apply what they have learned, and to become reliable core leaders within their formations.
Major General Tai further noted that through a series of systematic training programs, the trainees had strengthened their fundamental military competencies, laying a solid foundation for future career development. At the moment of graduation and rank conferral, morale was high—each trainee stood ready to face new challenges with courage and dedication, embodying the true spirit of a Marine.
