To enhance the emergency response capabilities of officers and soldiers during disasters, the Magong Detachment of the Penghu County Fire Department was recently invited to the headquarters to conduct a training session on emergency first aid techniques and pre-hospital case sharing, focusing on hemostasis and cardiopulmonary resuscitation to strengthen basic first aid skills.
Deputy Commander Xu expressed his hope that through this training session and the fire department's extensive experience, headquarters personnel will be equipped with basic first aid concepts and hemostasis skills when responding to disasters, thereby increasing the pre-hospital survival rate for victims at disaster sites.
