In order to fulfill the policy of barracks modernization and improve both living and training quality, MCSTC held a construction ceremony on August 11th at 2PM.The commander Col. Yan of MCSTC, Col. Wei of NETDDC and construction team lit incense to pray for good fortune, and used a golden shovel for the first dig. Hoping that the construction can be finished in time and in standard.
The ceremony began with the grand and magnificent sound of war drums. Branded with a good start by the dragon and lion dance. The construction also symbolized a great monument of MCSTC’s infrastructure improvement. It will benefit the living, teaching and administration condition for all personnel. The construction combined the idea of energy saving, carbon reducing and disaster, earthquake prevention. It can meet the needs of MCSTC’s daily trainings and exercises. Showing that we do care about eco-friendly and safety issues. Providing everyone with high quality training facilities and living quarters so that they can focus on their training and strengthen combat capabilities.
