The Republic of China Naval Academy held a Flag Guard Handover and Command Authority Transfer Ceremony, presided over by Superintendent Major General Liu. The event was witnessed by the president of the alumni association and commanding officers from various units in the Zuoying area, all gathered to observe this solemn moment of mission and honor being passed down.
Superintendent Liu commended the Class of 2025 (114th Class) for their outstanding leadership over the past year, successfully guiding the Class of 2028 (117th Class) through their training. He also praised their excellent performances in the choir and drum corps, which demonstrated teamwork and the spirit of diverse development. In addition, Superintendent Liu encouraged all members of the Class of 2026 (115th Class) to uphold high standards, demonstrate strong execution, and carry forward the “Spirit of the Anchor and Chain” (⚓️) — embracing responsibility and honor while continuing to bring excellence to the Naval Academy.
