The first graduation ceremony for the non-profit kindergarten for the children of the Navy Command’s ”Hai Guang” employees was held recently, presided over by the director, Ms. Cao Yu-Yeh, who also invited Vice Commander of the Navy Command, Lt. Gen. Wang, Director of Political and Warfare, Lt. Gen. Liu, Commanding Officer of the Naval Maintenance and Repair Command, Maj. Gen.Gao,Commanding Officer of the Protection Department, Maj. Gen. Wu, Commanding Officer of the Branch, Deputy Director of the Southern Region of the Consortium Pang Wan Yue Cultual and Educational Foundation, Ms. Huang Ya-Xue, and principal of the Zuoying Mingde Elementary School, MR. Chen Ching-Sheng, to attend the ceremony, Warm and welcoming scene.
During the ceremony, Deputy Commander Wang presented graduation gifts to express his blessings to the children and thanked all the teaching staff for their hard work in organizing the school. Deputy Commander Wang said that the Navy has been actively organizing non-profit kindergartens in accordance with the guidance of the government’s policy to implement the national policy and realize the goal of caring for the family members of naval officers and soldiers, as well as to provide education and protection services for the neighboring people. In addition, Deputy Commander Wang also thanked the kindergarten for its careful operation and the various activities it has organized over the past year, which have enabled the children to broaden their horizons and learn and grow happily.
Deputy Commander Wang wished every graduate of Hai Guang Nursery School to face up to the challenges of elementary school and grow up strong, and welcomed them to join the Navy when they grow up to guard their beautiful home.
