The commander, Colonel Zhang, said that through the service recall training, in addition to allowing the recruits to understand the current tasks and training of the military, through the guidance of the active army, they will become a qualified reserve soldier who "mobilizes immediately and fights at the right time". The commander also reminded that mobilization is regarded as combat, and the recruits are encouraged to review what they have learned during the service. During the training period, they must abide by relevant regulations, accept the guidance of cadres, and implement the training of soldiers' expertise, so as to facilitate the effectiveness of reserve mobilization training and implement the concept of national defense.
