The Graduation and Commissioning Ceremony of Professional Petty Officer Class of 2022 was held in NTS recently. The graduates were commissioned by the commandant - RADM. Lin, with a featured commencement address regards that Petty Officers are the backbone of basic level units. Newly commissioned Petty Officers 3rd Class supposed to enrich themselves with professional capability, be motivated at all times, learn lifelong and pay more attention on job safety on watch.
