Congratulations to Kai Yu Huang from the Class of 2020 of the Dept. of Marine Mechanical Engineering for winning the "Outstanding Student Scholarship" of the Taiwan Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers.The award was publicly presented during the 56th Annual Meeting held at National Taiwan University on July 18, 2020.
Kai Yu Huang distinguished herself from many competitors with her excellent academic performance at this school and, in so doing, was able to win this prestigious award from a national organization.
We congratulate her on her esteemed accomplishments. As Kai Yu Huang was participating in a graduation exercise on naval vessel training, she was unable to attend the meeting in person to receive the award.Yu Qi Huang of the Class of 2022 accepted the award on her behalf.In the continued tradition of this fine Naval Academy with the spirit of chain anchor, we hope this will lead younger students to achieve greater academic excellence and further contribute to the sterling reputation of this respected academic institution!
