On September 5th ,2022, the Naval Technical School held the commandant change of command and awards ceremony, which was presided over by Vice Admiral AO, Commander of the Ministry of Education and Standards. Vice Admiral AO firstly announced the in-coming commandant, Rear Admiral GUO in the ceremony, and introduced the Rear Admiral GUO’s complete academic qualifications and military experience to all the men and women present. At the same time, the out-going commandant, Rear Admiral LIN was awarded Medal of Victorious Garrison, A-Second Class for his dedication to school affairs and the education and training under his command, and for his successful completion of many regular and temporary tasks and assignments. Finally, Vice Admiral AO encouraged all the staff and instructors of the school to continue performing their respective duties under the leadership of the Rear Admiral GUO, and wished every man and woman a happy holiday and the ceremony was successfully concluded.
