The Naval Shipbuilding Development Center ( NSDC ) held a lecture on Torsional Vibration Measurement , and specially invited Dr. Wu Jiajhang of National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology as lecturers. Through the method for Torsional Vibration Measurement , let the officers and engineers deeply understand the key technology of vessel R&D, and enhanced the ability of ship design.
The lecturer expounded the method for Torsional Vibration Measurement.
