RADM Long, commander of Naval Maintenance & Repair Command hosted inauguration for vice-commander CAPT Chang. He encouraged us to keep on doing preparation of logistic support in earnest under Chang’s lead. Long also mentioned every personnel should perfectly maintain all gadget with high quality and lean leadership. Last but not least, Long expected the cadre to give orders with service mentality instead of authoritarian. Take care of the subordinates and new comer like getting alone with our family members. Well goes the saying that “Know your enemy and know yourself“. Only if we could help each other genuinely would the navy family win every battle.
