According to the May 18th notification of new epidemic prevention guidelines from the Central Epidemic Command Center and the Ministry of Education, all schools across the country were instructed to move to online classes from May 19 to May 28. The following changes were instituted as per the Ministry of National Defense:
1. The regular class (university department) and the second special class for noncommissioned officers (second special department) will continue to take place from May 19th to May 28th via online learning from home. Online instruction qualifies as a formal course, and no additional classes will be required.
2. Parents are requested to cooperate with school officials in reminding students to attend online classes at home, to avoid going out, and to abide by the epidemic prevention regulations. Students should also pay attention to their health status. If there are any suspected symptoms of infection, they should seek medical treatment as soon as possible and notify the school.
3. Because professional officers (members) belong to the employment training squad and do not fall within the scope of the students as defined by the Ministry of Education, they will continue with the curriculum in accordance with the unified regulations of the Ministry of National Defense.
