108年12月26日海軍教準部晉任暨授階典禮，由指揮官胡中將為本校姚凱元中尉等5人授予上階，並勉勵晉任人員及全體同仁精益求精、與時俱進，持續為學校教育訓練奉獻心力，推動各項校務發展。　 

     Naval Education, Training and Doctrine Development Command held  rank-conferring ceremony on December 26. LTJG Yao and four other officers of Naval Technical School had their new rank pinned by VADM Hu during their promotion ceremony. Commander Hu encouraged promoted people and all staff to strive for excellence, keep up with times, and insist on devoting themselves for education and training.
